Beloved started in my living room. What began as a space for women to gather, exhale, and feel less alone grew into something I couldn't ignore — a calling to go deeper. I became a therapist because I kept seeing the same thing: women who were holding everything together on the outside while quietly falling apart inside. Women who needed more than encouragement. They needed real support.

 

That's what Beloved is. A space where you don't have to perform, explain yourself, or have it figured out. I bring clinical training and real warmth to every session — no jargon, no judgment. Whether you're a teen girl trying to make sense of who you are, a mom navigating postpartum struggles, or a woman achieving everything on paper while feeling empty inside — you're allowed to need this.
